Monmouth County Superior Court Criminal Charges
All matters which are handled at the Monmouth County Superior Court are indictable criminal matters which involve more than six (6) months in prison if convicted. If your criminal matters are disorderly persons offenses, which means they involve six (6) months or less in prison, they will be handled in the local municipal court in which you are charged (such as Belmar, Manasquan, or Long Branch).
